Value Proposition - Zonama RWB

As UX/product designer, I want to show you how I usually work on digital projects. This time, I’ve made up Nozama, a funny character that symbolize the mobile device store that you ask for.

The first thing I did was the storytelling because this is a very useful practice to communicate ideas in high level. Today, any UX designer uses the storytelling to capture the interest of clients to sell their ideas throught telling stories.

The following user persona is Mike Simpson. He is an invented employee of Nozama that works to improve the profits of the company.

I’ve defined three user stories according to Mike Simpson profile. This exercise helped me to understand the expected outcomes of the mobile device store and to identify user needs in order to provide an added value.

I’ve defined the cycle life of the product of Nozama’s online store. This is phased by: pre-order, new!, available, for sales!, last units, sold-out and discontinued. Every phase has identified user epics that help to understand better the product. From here on, the rest of work have been defined around the product cycle life because every phase is essential to cover needs of end users.
